Historic Charleston Home Seller

Perry

Donna did an excellent job helping us to sell our old house and buy a new one. She went beyond what was expected to help us purchase our new home. The whole process of buying and selling went very well. We would definitely use her again and highly recommend her.

Isle of Palms Home Seller

When it comes to selling a home, the expertise, dedication, and charisma of your listing agent can make all the difference. That’s precisely what I experienced with Donna. From our first meeting, Donna's passion for real estate and her clients’ success was evident. She came prepared with a comprehensive market analysis and a strategic plan tailored to my property.

Mount Pleasant Home Buyer

Donna Webb is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She was very knowledgeable with all details. She was timely too. We had a 3 week to close contract. She reminded us of all the pending dates so nothing slipped through the cracks. It was quick but she made it very easy. I will definitely use her in the future for any and all real estate needs I have.

my Lowcountry roots run deep

With roots on St. Simons Island, a picturesque coastal barrier island, I’ve always been drawn to the beauty and lifestyle of the Lowcountry. After 14 years in Atlanta, I found my way back to the coast and have called the Charleston area home for the past 20 years. My deep appreciation for the region’s charm, culture, and natural beauty fuels my passion for helping others find their perfect place in this extraordinary setting.

Common questions & Answers

Working with a professional real estate agent provides invaluable expertise and guidance, market intel and negotiating tactics to simplify the process and ensure you make confident, informed decisions throughout the buying or selling process.

Real estate commissions now operate with a transparent negotiation process where sellers pay their listing agent's commission and choose if/how they will offer compensation to the buyer's agent. Buyers negotiate their agent's fee directly with the buyer. Real estate agents must explicitly discuss and agree with clients on their respective compensation.

Hyper local market dynamics play a large part in whether it’s a good or bad time to sell. Historically, spring and summer are usually the best times of year to sell a house but  there are many factors that might make selling your home now a wise decision. Let's talk about the pros and cons and come up with a plan to help you best monetize your investment.

A seller’s market takes place when demand exceeds supply. When there is less than a 6-month supply of inventory available, we are generally in a seller’s market and we will see greater appreciation. With a low inventory of homes on the market, we see a continued upward pressure on home prices. Our current inventory is just over 4,000 homes.
